Picture Lock Films Goes Down Under!

We’re thrilled to announce that Picture Lock Films has landed exciting new business in Australia! Off the back of our strong industry reputation and proven track record, we’ve been commissioned to produce a series of training films for one of the country’s leading electrical wholesalers.

The client is undertaking a full root-and-branch review of their workplace health and safety procedures—and we’re proud to be creating the training content that will drive that initiative forward. From induction films to safety protocols and best practices, the project is a comprehensive look at modernising how safety is communicated across the business.

What makes this project even more exciting is how seamlessly it’s being delivered across continents. While all scripting, storyboarding, and animation are being developed by our team here in the UK, we’re collaborating with Australian-based voiceover artists to give the final films a local, authentic tone. This hybrid production model is a great example of how remote working—and working “out of territory”—can deliver high-quality, culturally relevant content without compromise.

This win not only extends our reach but also showcases how adaptable our creative and production workflows are. We’re proud to be exporting British creativity and expertise to new markets, and we look forward to building even more international partnerships in the future.
